The machine I am trying to build is a mixture from some well known constructions,  like the 'Junior' from Regner etc. As you can see it's a high pressure steam engine with double-acting pistons typically used to power a steamboat. The crank phasing is offset by an angle of 90 degrees to ensure that the engine will always operate, no matter what position the crank is in.  Sorry for the poor quality, just a screenshot, I wasn't able to export the drawing out of Qcad. For the dimensions: cylinder bore is 12mm,  stroke 14mm.
